The Administrative Assistant performs a wide range of administrative/secretarial duties as assigned and maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
The Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations in the event a Team Manager, Senior Manager, or the Director of Member Services is not on-site. Leads are not responsible for conducting any triage program activities that require interpretation of clinical information.
The Training Team Leader, Member Services is responsible for ensuring that Member Services employees are adequately trained and developed to perform their job duties. The Training Team Leader, also is responsible for working closely with the Operations, Client Services and Clinical Services teams to improve the quality of work executed by the Member Services teams. This is a non-clinical position. The Training Team Leader is not responsible for conducting any triage program activities that require interpretation of clinical information.
The Senior Manager, is responsible for directly supervising and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the operations Member Services employees to ensure optimal level of call center operations, quality, customer services and sales metrics are achieved. Maintains adherence to Carenet company policies, procedures and philosophies.
The Director, Member Services is responsible for leading and directing activities associated with meeting client expectations, coordinating and communicating across disciplines and departments with a focus on integrating quality improvement and operations. In addition, the Director, ensures revenue targets are achieved while maintaining consistent with Carenet company policies, procedures and philosophies.
