As a true multi-functional business partner, this person will be responsible for providing hands-on leadership in developing and executing human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. Specifically, the HR Director will enhance all aspects of talent management with heavy emphasis on acquisition, change, organizational and performance management strategies, compensation and benefits. The HR Director is a hands-on strategic and technical business partner and will have a significant impact on overall P&L and success of the company. This position will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer. |
