Carenet’s Client Services Associate Account Executive continuously enhances and builds the business relationship by providing overall project and account support at the project and tactical level.
As Carenet’s client liaison, the Client Services Account Executive continuously enhances and builds the business relationship with their assigned client(s) and Carenet on all aspects of the clients’ program. Through regular internal and client interface, the Account Executive ensures all levels of the Carenet team are meeting or exceeding assigned clients needs and expectations.
Carenet has a challenging opportunity for a Care Advocate Specialist. Reporting to the Client Services Department, this position is responsible for managing and coordinating a high volume of service requests from members and providers. This is a non-clinical position. The Care Advocate Specialists are not responsible for conducting any triage program activities that require interpretation of clinical information. |
